Reports to: Building Principal

 

Purpose: Lake Norman Charter (LNC) is a K-12 public charter school that provides a rigorous and comprehensive educational environment to develop students with a focus on college readiness, leadership, and social responsibility.

The Computer Science Teacher will deliver Computer Science curriculum as an elective to grades 5-8 to meet the requirement of NC G.S. 115C-12(9d) Computer Science requiring Public School Units to include instruction in Computer Science following the Standard Course of Study, including a course for grade 8 that meets the graduation requirement.
